We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Please make sure to enter your billing information (first name, last name, billing address, and credit card information) exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. You will be notified via e-mail or phone if a problem exists with the payment information you provided during checkout.
All prices and amounts are in U.S. dollars.
Your credit card is charged when the order ships. If we are unable to fulfill your entire order due to merchandise out of stock or if you have requested your order be canceled, you will receive a cancellation e-mail and will not be charged for unshipped item(s).
Current law requires us to collect sales or other applicable state taxes, based on the order’s “ship to” address. Green World Gallery follows the guidelines for each state as they pertain to your order. Most states assess sales tax on shipping and handling charges. Tax displayed during the checkout process is an estimate and is labeled accordingly. All applicable taxes will be clearly displayed on the invoice that accompanies your order. Green World Gallery will also collect applicable sales and other applicable state taxes in any other state or jurisdictions after a new Green World Gallery store opens in that state or jurisdiction.

Changes to your Order & Cancellation
Once your order has been placed there is an extremely short window of time whereby we can make a change. Our goal is to process your order as quickly and accurately as possible, therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. Should you find that you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please call 305.509.7167 as soon as possible. Please see our return policy for additional information.
Out of Stock Merchandise
While we make every effort to fulfill your entire order, on rare occasion we may need to cancel one or more item(s). Many items in our store are one of a kind, and there is always a small chance that an item was sold in the store and is no longer available to purchase online. If we are unable to fulfill your entire order due to merchandise out of stock, you will receive a cancellation e-mail and will not be charged for unshipped item(s). At this time we do not accept backorders on GreenWorldGallery.com.
Shipping & Delivery Options
At this time Green World Gallery does not routinely ship orders outside of the United States. We hope to begin shipping to other countries in the near future. If you are seeking to purchase and live outside of the U.S., please contact us to see if we can arrange special shipping arrangements.

We ship the most economical way using UPS and USPS as our carriers. Shipping and handling is included in all prices stated on website
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable; charges include order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items.
Orders shipped via standard ground delivery typically arrive in 5-7 business days for the United States, selected Territories and P.O. boxes in Alaska and Hawaii. Please allow up to 14 business days for shipments to A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.
U.S. Second Day/U.S. Overnight
Orders must be made before 2:00 p.m. EST to guarantee that your order is processed same day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review, including credit card authorization and verification. As a result on occasion there may be a slight delay in order processing; your patience is greatly appreciated. Expedited delivery methods are not available for PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Green World Gallery gladly accepts returns and exchanges made within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise purchased from GreenWorldGallery.com may be returned by mail or to the store. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. You will need to pay for return shipping, but Green World Gallery will ship any exchanged merchandise free of charge.

If you have received a gift from GreenWorldGallery.com that you would like to return to the Green World Gallery store, simply bring the merchandise and the accompanying receipt to the store. You will receive a merchandise credit.
