Chuck Hightower
Chuck was born in Southern California in 1945 the son of a career soldier and his wife. He consequently spent most of his younger life traveling. In 1996 he decided it was time to travel again and decided to buy a sailboat and cruise the Carribean. This lasted for a year and then he and his wife returned to the Florida Keys. When his job in construction ended in a lay off in 2007 Chuck decided to do what he had always wanted to do and started painting. He currently still lives and paints on the sailboat with his wife and is enjoying painting fantasy islands and places around the Keys.
