Joe Parker has been doing his part to minimize waste created by the construction industry. He was formerly a carpenter for 20 years and has been rescuing building material to recycle while at work. He has a love for whimsical art and builds frames with the recovered wood. The frames have an aquatic theme and he also makes other artistic wood designs. Now involved with a resale store for his wood supply, he donates the proceeds to Habitat for Humanity. He is helping a magnificent charity while recycling wood!
